<p><strong>Procedure:</strong></p>
<p>Saliva samples are collected by spitting inside the collection funnel which has been assembled with a collection tube.</p>
<p>After collecting 2ml of saliva, the content of saliva preservation solution are added and mixed with the extracted saliva. The saliva collection tube is sent to the laboratory for DNA isolation and analysis using <strong>REALPURE SALIVA KIT.<br />
	The preserved samples are stable for mre than 1 year at room temperature and more than 2 years at -20&ordm;c or -80&ordm;C.</strong></p>
