Allows a precise evaluation of DNA size and amount from 10Kb down to 200bp in one single experiment.

 

The Kit is presented in a ready-to-use format, using 5uL per lane

 

It contains 14 regularly spaced bands from 200bp to 10Kb. The 1000pb and the 10Kb bands have a higher intensity to allow the identification. Each band represents an exact DNA quantity, so precise DNA quantifications are allowed.
